Decaf is the last stretch home, headlights on and nowhere you have to be. It's our North East dark roast, rich and full-bodied, blended from beans grown in Colombia, Ethiopia and Sumatra, with earthy, forest-like notes. All the flavor of the drive, decaffeinated.

Pour over: 22g medium-fine ground coffee to 350g water just off the boil (about 200°F). Pour slowly in circles; total brew time about 3 to 3.5 minutes.
French press: 30g coarse ground coffee to 500g water. Steep 4 minutes, stir the crust, then press gently.
Drip machine: 2 tablespoons of medium ground coffee per 6 oz of water.
Cold brew: 1 part coarse ground coffee to 8 parts cold water. Steep 12 to 18 hours in the fridge, then strain.
Buying whole bean? Grind right before brewing for the freshest, most aromatic cup.
